Meet SALLY, OUR NEW BDM!

Sally joined Forward & Thinking at the beginning of May to join our Business Development team as our Business Development Manager. Bringing on her varied expertise in different sectors to extend our portfolio of clientele, she is striving in this industry, and we can see agency life is treating her well.

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

I’ve always been a real people person and for me sales is all about building trust and relationships. People tend to buy from people they like, I believe I’m a likeable soul!

What attracted you to your new role at Forward & Thinking?

Having been in advertising for 35 years working initially in press, radio and television, I wanted to develop my skills further and enter the agency world. This means adding Media Channels and Paid Online campaigns to the extensive knowledge of advertising I had.

What social media platform can you not live without?

I tend to be a Facebook-acholic.

Which celebrity, past or present, would you invite as a dinner guest?

It would have to be Paul O’Grady and his dogs!

What’s your favourite movie?

It’s Black Hawk Down.

In your opinion, what’s your most valuable skill?

I’m a great listener!

What stands out to you about Forward & Thinking?

The values, people and the fact Forward & Thinking genuinely really care about their clients.

What was it like meeting the team?

As with any move in your career, especially after 10+years, the thought of meeting a whole new team was quite daunting, but what a team they all are! I have been made to feel so welcome and I am very appreciative of that.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?

Spending time with family and friends and enjoying a good night in the pub.

What are you most excited about for your new role at Forward & Thinking?

In the short space of time, I have been here, I know I’ve made the right decision to come onboard. Everything about Forward & Thinking ticks all the boxes.
