Welcome to the team,

Sarah joined Forward & Thinking at the start of May to join our incredible Business Development team as a Business Development Manager. Specialising in the lifestyle and hospitality sector, we are super excited to see the clientele she brings to Forward & Thinking. She is already doing amazing so, well done Sarah.

We spoke with Sarah to get to know more about first month here,

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

I love Marketing and Advertising and I have a real passion for customer service and following a client’s journey to watch them succeed.

What attracted you to your new role at Forward & Thinking?

I was told about the role from my friend and I loved the idea of working in a skilled environment.

What social media platform can you not live without?

I would have to say Facebook, it’s always being my favourite social platform.

Which celebrity, past or present, would you invite as a dinner guest?

Marilyn Monroe, she was a female icon.

What’s your favourite movie?

Bridesmaids and Bridget Jones

In your opinion, what’s your most valuable skill?

The ability to communicate with others on different levels.

What stands out to you about Forward & Thinking?

Such a professional, warming team and everyone looks out for each other. I love it and am grateful to be part of such a growing and dynamic group of people.

What was it like meeting the team?

Fab, everyone helped so much. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and could see the teamwork in everyone.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies and interests?

Spending time with my close group of friends, working my way through lots of different cocktail menus, swimming and skincare. I love going out, but you’ll usually find me at home relaxing.

What are you most excited about for your new role at Forward & Thinking?

Everything! Especially being able to develop client relationships whilst making a great addition to the team and develop my skills to further my career.
