Get to know: nina jackson
Nina joined Forward & Thinking at the start of the year as our Campaign Management Assistant. Our campaign managers work to the highest standards to ensure our client campaigns are delivered on time. Constantly striving to have the best relationship with our clients to deliver an amazing experience.
We spoke to Nina about her first few weeks here and this is what she had to say,
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO PURSUE THE CAREER YOU HAVE TODAY?
As a creative and someone with experience in marketing; I was inspired by the campaign management role as I felt my qualities matched the job description along with the company values.
WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO YOUR NEW ROLE AT FORWARD & THINKING?
As someone who is a resilient achiever, logical resolver and highly organised; I am inspired by Forward & Thinking’s prospects to grow and develop in the role. I am looking forward to working with the team and growing my career and future here.
WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM CAN YOU NOT LIVE WITHOUT?
I could happily live without social media. However, I enjoy sharing my favourite pictures with friends and family on Instagram. I also have a passion for photography and find Instagram inspiring.
WHICH CELEBRITY, PAST OR PRESENT, WOULD YOU INVITE AS A DINNER GUEST?
The Queen.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE?
Harry Potter, purely for nostalgic reasons.
IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT’S YOUR MOST VALUABLE SKILL?
I would say my interpersonal skills. I enjoy meeting new people and I am enjoying getting to know everyone at Forward & Thinking.
WHAT STANDS OUT TO YOU ABOUT FORWARD & THINKING?
I really value the positive energy and enthusiasm everyone has. Forward & Thinking’s values are shown in every employee, they are honest and caring people.
WHAT WAS IT LIKE MEETING THE TEAM?
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It is a positive and inviting environment and I am really enjoying getting to know everyone.
OUTSIDE OF WORK, WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES AND INTERESTS?
I love anything outdoors and creative. I love making jewellery, photography, cooking, walking and yoga.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT FOR YOUR NEW ROLE AT FORWARD & THINKING?
I am looking forward to learning, progressing, and growing within the role. I am also looking forward to working and learning from colleagues with different skills and expertise.
