Why do you like working at Forward And Thinking?
100% the people I am lucky enough to work with every day.
Everyone is super supportive of each other and ready with a helping hand whenever you need.
What has been your greatest achievement?
I would have to say putting my training to practice and continuously gaining confidence using our systems.
Have you learnt a lot whilst being at Forward And Thinking? What Training / development have you enjoyed the most?
Having started here with very limited knowledge of the industry I’d have to say I have enjoyed all my training as I have learnt so much!
I really do learn something new every day and I enjoy learning about the different types of media.
Tell us about your team?
My team are amazing! Their constant support and encouragement has helped me learn so much daily and being part of their team keeps me motivated to work hard and reach my potential.
Tell us about a recent project you worked on or a nice encounter you had with a co-worker.
We recently started to do a quiz on Zoom on Fridays and I think it’s a really nice way for us to end the week and everyone to have a catch up.
